At Busy Bees Montessori School, families complete the official tuition agreement through Brightwheel as part of the enrollment process. This agreement explains tuition, fees, withdrawals, cancellations, and payment responsibilities.

Tuition insurance is required for enrolled families. This coverage is designed to help protect families if they need to withdraw early during the school year. It provides support toward the remaining tuition balance according to the terms of the insurance policy.

Registration fees, deposits, tuition payments, and school-related fees follow the signed tuition agreement and the tuition insurance policy. These documents are the official guide for refunds, cancellations, withdrawals, and tuition responsibilities.

If a family needs to cancel enrollment, withdraw, or ask about a refund, Busy Bees Montessori School will follow the signed Brightwheel agreement and the tuition insurance policy.

6. No Shipping Policy

Busy Bees Montessori School primarily provides in-person educational services. We do not generally ship physical products. If any physical item is sold or distributed, any delivery or pickup instructions will be provided at the time of purchase.

7. Promotions and Offers

Any promotional offer, discount, or special program is subject to its stated terms, eligibility requirements, availability, and expiration date. Promotions may not be combined unless specifically stated in writing.
